Transformation Director
Ben re-joined Mactavish in 2021, initially as Technical Director before moving into his current role as Transformation Director. His focus is on delivering continuous process and capability improvements across the business, largely driven by the utilisation of technology to increase the efficiency of internal activities and provide new services to our clients. Ben originally joined Mactavish in 2009, after graduating from Cambridge with a degree in Philosophy, progressing from Analyst to Head of Client Services & helping to develop Mactavish’s Insurance Governance services within the UK. In 2014 he left to join McKinsey, delivering claims benchmarking projects for commercial insurers across Europe, followed by a period at Aviva creating and establishing their SME Client Relationship team, before rejoining Mactavish.
